Free home delivery for orders worth over £50

£3.99 charge for home delivery for orders between £10 & £50

£6.50 charge for home delivery for orders less £10

NEAREST SHOP DELIVERY OPTION

Free nearest shop delivery for orders worth over £40
-
£2.99 charge for nearest shop delivery for orders less than £40​
COLLECTION OPTION

Free or no charge for collection of orders if you are local or are willing to pickup your order

SHIPPING TERMS

Orders placed before 8.30 am can only be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Thursday only)

Orders dispatched on Friday will reach on Monday/Tuesday

Orders placed after 8.30 am will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on Friday after 8.30 am will not be dispatched until the next Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday.

Please allow 48 hours extra in receiving the parcels in case of unexpected delays or during postal strikes.

Return & Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation / Return / Refund

We work extremely hard to ensure speedy delivery. There are chances that the packing team gets straight on the job as soon as you place order. Hence you will not be able to cancel the order once you place the order.

We have done our best efforts to ensure that right product is delivered to you. If your order is partially fulfilled or a wrong delivery has occured, please write to us at cs.back2basik@gmail.com and we assure you corrective measures taken at the earliest.

Any refund due will be credited within 3-5 working days of us receiving the goods.
