Rose Petal Gulkand
Gulkand is a sweet preserve of rose petals.
Use it in a betel leaf (paan) for digestive benefits and as a mouth freshener. You can also use it with sweets such as gulkand ladoo, barfi, pudding, cake, pinni, etc. Mix a teaspoon in some warm milk/water for a refreshing sherbet. Make an ice cream or milkshake with it.
